Legal Compliance Expert

Ant Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience in litigation, investigations, or regulatory compliance in an international law firm or multinational in-house legal department
- Knowledge of ABAC laws and regulations, experience handling related investigations, and providing compliance advice
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working across disciplines
- Highly proactive, able to work independently under tight schedules
- Handle ABAC compliance matters, export control and sanctions, government enforcement defense, cross-border commercial disputes, and internal/external investigations.
- Advise the business on anti-corruption and anti-bribery (ABAC) as well as other regulatory compliance risks.
- Identify and develop compliant, effective, and practical solutions for the business.
- Draft and revise ABAC-related policies.
- Develop compliance training materials and deliver live training sessions.
- Perform transactional due diligence relating to ABAC and oversee vendor due diligence.
- Collaborate with Global Compliance Policies team on cross-border government enforcement defense, complex litigation, and investigations.
- Stay informed of regulatory changes and emerging compliance risks.
- Respond to new compliance and regulatory trends.
