Senior Design Engineer for BCD and Analog Device Development

This is a challenging role for an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As part of our technology development group, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of advanced semiconductor devices.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in electrical engineering, device physics, and process integration. You should have experience in design rule definition, test structure design, device development DOE, and device characterization.
- Lead BCD and analog device design efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain design rules and documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues
- Maintain high-quality documentation and reports
Key qualifications for this role include a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. PhD holders with 2 years of experience may also be considered. Proficiency in English language (written and verbal) is essential.
