BCD Device Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BCD Device Design Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing BCD devices from scratch, targeting both consumer and automotive-grade applications.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with consumer and automotive customers to understand their requirements for BCD active and passive devices. They will also work closely with the modeling team to develop models that satisfy customer needs and collaborate with PDK teams to implement application-specific device features.

In addition, the Senior BCD Device Design Expert will be expected to enhance BCD device performance and features based on customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics with a strong foundation in semiconductor device physics, power device applications, and device reliability
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering with 8+ years of experience in BCD device development
Experience Requirements:
  • More than 5 years of hands-on experience (for Master's/PhD holders), or 8+ years (for Bachelor's holders) in developing BCD devices from scratch, targeting both consumer and automotive-grade applications
Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of DMOS and low-voltage analog device layout, device characterization, enablement features, and application requirements
