Job Title:
Lead BCD/Analog Device Design ExpertJob Description:

This position focuses on developing and refining BCD/Analog device designs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of BCD device fundamentals and be capable of leading design rule definition, test structure design, device development DOE, and device characterization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new BCD/Analog devices with strong emphasis on meeting customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design rules and ensure smooth device development
  • Develop and implement testing procedures for device characterization and validation
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders regarding device specifications and application notes
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in technology development, device design, debugging, and process integration in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of device physics and principles of semiconductor design
  • Effective communication skills and fluency in English language - written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • BCD device design experience and familiarity with SPICE/PDK development
