Senior Analog IC Design Engineer

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading BCD/analog device design and process development efforts. This includes developing and implementing design rules, working with support teams to coordinate SPICE/PDK development, and ensuring timely support on customer requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design rules for BCD/analog devices
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new technologies
  • Work closely with customers to ensure their technical requirements are met


Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience in technology development, device design, debugging, and process integration in a manufacturing environment. Device physics knowledge is essential, as is effective communication skills and fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
