Guest Experience Manager

Delivering exceptional guest experiences is at the heart of this role, where you will have the opportunity to elevate the end-to-end guest journey and make a meaningful impact on our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visit feels personalized and memorable.
  • Maintain and update guest profiles, track preferences, and ensure special occasions are acknowledged and celebrated.
  • Coordinate VIP handling, private bookings, and table-side service enhancements to create an unforgettable experience for our guests.
  • Confidently guide guests through the wine list and provide pairing recommendations that exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the wine and bar team on tastings, pairings, and wine-focused events to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Support service team training on guest-facing wine knowledge to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Manage the venue's CRM platform, ensuring guest and member profiles are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Coordinate new member onboarding and engagement initiatives to foster long-term relationships with our guests.
  • Work with marketing to support loyalty, referral, and retention efforts that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Propose improvements to the guest journey and in-venue experience to continually innovate and improve our services.
  • Create thoughtful guest moments, from welcome to farewell, that leave a lasting impression on our guests.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is essential, along with familiarity with CRM systems.
