Job Title: Service Engineering Professional

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineering Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of front-end automated semiconductor equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/electronic/mechatronic engineering and at least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of front-end automated semiconductor equipment.
  • Maintenance of semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnosis and resolution of equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implementation of continuous enhancement programs on machines to achieve reliability.
  • Cordination of logistics activities related to equipment installation/maintenance/repair.
  • Management of inventory and availability of spare parts and tools.
  • Training of customers to ensure they are proficient in operating the equipment.
  • Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to customers as needed.
  • Develop relationship with customers and ensure they are satisfied with the equipment/services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering.
  • At least 2 years experience in Semicon industry.
  • Willing to travel overseas for work support and training.
  • Able to work overtime/standby after office hours, weekends and public holiday/periodic night shift.
