International Lawyer for Cross-Border Transactions

We are seeking a seasoned lawyer with experience in cross-border transactions to join our corporate and finance team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to handle high-profile projects in the Greater China market.

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE as a qualified lawyer
  • Experience in M&A, capital markets, corporate, and commercial law is highly valued
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in technology, intellectual property, and funds
