Administrative Professional for Office Front Desk

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Concierge/Receptionist to join our team at Raffles Place.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and addressing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc).
- Perform data entry and other clerical receptionist duties.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A professional image with a black blazer and skirt.
- Similar experience in Office Tower, shopping centre information counter, Front Office in Hotel, or similar environments.
- The ability to use a computer to carry out administrative duties.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. You may be required to work two shifts: 8 am - 6 pm or 9:30 am - 7:30 pm.
Salary Estimate:
We offer a competitive salary in the range of SGD $35,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
