We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Procurement Specialist to join our organization in Singapore.

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and procure goods and services from local and overseas suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, aiming to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Pre-qualify and assess suppliers' performance, ensuring they meet company requirements.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Able to handle general administration and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Technical knowledge in Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic Network System, and Video Conference System.
  • Experience with Access Control System, CCTV System, Intrusion Detection System, and PABX (VoIP) would be an advantage.
