The Procurement Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's supply chain.

  • Manage purchase orders, track essential documents and maintain data accuracy
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless communication and transactions
  • Perform market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate accounts

We seek a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate is proactive, enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes from start to finish • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth • Identify and mitigate potential risks to our operations • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in procurement or a related field • Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
