We are seeking an accomplished Procurement Specialist to spearhead our procurement process from vendor selection to contract negotiation and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire procurement lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineering teams to meet required specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs to identify procurement needs.
  • Manage RFQs, price negotiations, and contract terms with vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure purchased items meet specified requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contracts.
  • Identify and develop new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead time.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experiences in Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor supply chains, including raw materials, equipment, and OEM/ODM sourcing.
  • Experience working with global suppliers, especially in Asia-Pacific regions.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex specifications and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
