The Hair Salon Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service and experience. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the salon, including appointment scheduling, handling client inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner">
- Manage daily operations, including appointment scheduling and client communication">
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a positive client experience">
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed">
- Keep accurate records of cash inflows and outflows">
- Commit to at least 72 hours of work per month">
