Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner, Asia

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will support our recruitment efforts across Asia and Middle East markets, delivering a best-in-class and inclusive experience for candidates and our client groups. This role will involve managing and leading the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting multiple countries and business units across the region.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies for open positions, communicating regularly with stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will also build networks and relationships with top talent across the region and partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to enhance the Sony Music employer brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, negotiating, and relationship management.
  • Expert knowledge of the Asian job market, preferably within a creative, digital, or technology multinational organization.
  • Passion for music and entertainment, as well as popular culture, the music industry, and key trends and topics within the world of HR and recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of building impactful relationships with people at all levels of an organization.
  • A structured and methodical approach to recruitment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
