We are a leading investment firm seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager to lead our office administration in Singapore and support our regional offices.
Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:
- Human Resources:
- Lead and manage the recruitment process for middle to senior-level staff, including the preparation of employment contracts.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process, providing new hires with a positive experience from their first day.
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments and CPF contributions in compliance with prevailing legislation.
- Maintain comprehensive HR records and generate reports as required.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior management.
- Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Handle all administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and procurement, coordinating office maintenance, and ensuring effective communication channels.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR and administration experience.
Legal and HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes.
Recruitment Expertise: Sound knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
Independence and Communication: Ability to work independently and possess excellent communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Residency Status: Singapore PR / Citizen.
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
