Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Expert
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced equipment maintenance professional to execute corrective and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring the highest quality of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Execute maintenance tasks according to schedule requirements and industry best practices.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support for all process equipment related activities in the manufacturing process.
- Root Cause Analysis: Utilize technical skills to investigate and resolve equipment deviations, safety incidents, and ensure effective root cause analysis.
- Problem Solving: Conduct RCA and identify corrective action to improve equipment uptime and asset utilization.
- Improvement Projects: Implement technical solutions to improve equipment efficiency through lean six sigma continuous improvement mindset.
Compliance - Safety:
- Incident Investigations: Participate in and support incident investigations and audits.
- Risk Assessment: Ensure required risk assessments are carried out in a timely manner, recommendations provided, and implemented as agreed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Process, Chemical, Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
- Experience: 1-3 years of maintenance work experience in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Semiconductor, aviation, oil & gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience working within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
