Job Title: Senior Technology Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Delivery Specialist to drive the end-to-end delivery of regional technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical delivery experience, fluency in Mandarin, and a background in banking systems such as payments, treasury, or regulatory platforms.

  • Drive project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across technology, business, and vendor teams.
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies and delivery routines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, BAs, testers, and vendors across multiple time zones.
  • Collaborate with China/Taiwan-based stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and documentation in both English and Mandarin.
  • Coordinate testing cycles including functional, UAT, and production rollout.
  • Maintain project governance, manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with internal change management standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Experience working on or delivering projects involving stakeholders or systems in Greater China.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
Bonus Points:
  • 5–10 years of experience in project or technical delivery roles.
  • Regional project exposure, especially involving multi-country coordination or cross-border teams.
