Senior Environmental Solutions Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our environmental solutions. This critical role drives the strategy and growth of one of our regional solution areas, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration among technical professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental engineering, with a minimum of 20 years of experience working in a professional consultancy business.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identifying and nurturing top talent within the Technical Director cohort
- Influencing recruitment and retention through sponsorship and mentoring activities
- Facilitating global collaboration across solution areas to deliver innovative solutions
- Ensuring engagement with Technical Directors and holding them accountable for community involvement
- Techincally differentiating by anticipating future trends and opportunities
- Producing insights into grand challenges and exciting staff to find bold solutions
- Helping identify and realize APAC-level opportunities
- Working with Operations Management to drive financial success
- Developing business cases and investment opportunities
To succeed in this role, you must be able to lead with vision, build high-performing teams, and drive results-oriented initiatives.
Required Skills and QualificationsA Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is an added advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work well independently and under pressure.
