Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to manage sales order processing and delivery activities for waterproofing construction projects in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers, logistics partners, and our Sales and Technical team to ensure seamless operations.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in ERP and CRM computer applications, Microsoft Office Applications. Additionally, you should have a good command of English language and be able to build rapport with customers and business enablers from Germany and across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage import/export/local sales order and delivery activities for building construction products.
  • Maintain and update inventory lists, oversee write-offs/credit notes when necessary.
  • Provide essential support for audit processes by submitting required documentation promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries.
  • Manage product order-related inquiries from customers and assist in resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping in relevant filing systems.
  • Manage maintenance of buyer information and vendor-related documents.
  • Monitor sales invoice due dates and provide relevant information to the Sales Team.
  • Manage and ensure timely buyer payment remittance to maintain healthy financial relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in shipping DG Class 3 and Class 5.2 building construction products.
  • Well-acquainted with various freight forwarding tasks, DG import/export, and stock management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM computer applications, Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers and business operations enablers.
  • Able to work under multiple time zones and physically fit.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is SGD $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, Triflex Asia Pte.
