About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to coordinate our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, coordinating material ordering and reception, and ensuring seamless communication with internal departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day stock management, material ordering, and reception
  • Proactively communicate with internal departments regarding material delays, stock distribution, and deviations
  • Collaborate with the distribution department to schedule outbound shipments and prepare transport documentation
  • Support other departments as needed
  • Provide pricing information and perform sourcing for specific materials
  • Closely work with clients on warehouse and sourcing management
  • Perform stock counting and inventory control checks
  • Receive and control goods
  • Identify potential process improvements, savings, and cost avoidances
  • Comply with MARKEN policies and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma or relevant experience
  • Forklift permit

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good customer orientation
  • Knowledge of IATA regulations, including Transportation of Dangerous Goods (if applicable)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
