Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate business requirements to vendors, provide effort estimation, and ensure complete coverage of business requirements.
  • Work closely with the IT development team, Application Architects, and vendors to deliver prototypes, evaluate them with business users, and solidify requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team members and activities for business work streams or entire change and technology implementation initiatives.
  • Support Business Leads or user representatives in preparing training plans or materials, and user manuals.
  • Assist Product Owner in reviewing UAT test artifacts, identifying comprehensive exception scenarios, and ensuring the quality of JIRA stories.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the wealth management sector, with a deep understanding of investment products, portfolio management, financial planning, and client servicing.
  • 8+ years of experience in investment products and business solution analysis, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in advisory platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of portfolio performance, attribution, and valuation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources.
  • Solid knowledge of wealth management industry trends, including regulatory requirements, digital transformation, and evolving client expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying creative and innovative solutions.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools, project management software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
