Club Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless daily gym experience, handling various responsibilities with professionalism.

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the gym floor, adhering to high standards of health and safety.
  • Monitoring equipment usage and ensuring members are aware of safety protocols.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to phone inquiries and resolving member/guest queries in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with membership registration, data entry, and updating membership information in our system.
  • Following up with members on outstanding membership fees in accordance with company policies.
Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
