Capital Markets Transactions Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Capital Markets Transactions Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, developing and executing capital markets transactions, including IPOs and other equity or debt offerings.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • The role requires strong financial modeling skills, the ability to develop and analyze detailed financial models to support equity and debt financings, including valuation models, scenario analyses, and capital structure modeling.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful transactions in investment banking, private equity, structured financing, primary and private placement and M&A in Asia Pacific.

  • A strong understanding of market trends, company analysis and industry research is essential for this role.

  • The selected candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team-based environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess at least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, structured financing, primary and private placement and M&A in Asia Pacific.

  • Demonstrated track record of successful transactions for HKEX IPOs as a principal officer/Deal execution/private equity funds and/or direct equity investments.

  • Strong financial modelling skills, excellent attention to detail, strong communication, networking and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and VBA.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

  • Candidate with more experience can be considered for the role of Senior Vice President.
