Transaction Management Role

About the Job:

This is a high-performing role that involves managing complex transactions across various sectors. As part of a dedicated team, you will contribute to the development and growth of the business by implementing processes and technologies, ensuring data quality and control assurance, coordinating and closing loan transactions, and managing risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loan Origination & Lifecycle Management: Develop relationships with clients, originate and manage loan transactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process and Technology Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain efficient processes and technologies to support transaction management.
  • Data Quality and Control Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Transaction Coordination & Troubleshooting: Coordinate and close loan transactions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve client complaints.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Assess and manage risks associated with business decisions, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs, familiarity with Tableau or other visualization tools, and experience with Loan IQ or similar transaction capture tools.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Developed analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Client Relationship Skills: Demonstrated client relationship and solution skills.
