  • Process sales orders, invoices, and quotations in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Foster collaboration with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoice payments from customers, maintaining positive relationships.

 

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Accountancy.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or Order Processing is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
