Job Description

This is a full-time position located in Singapore for an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate covering Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
  • Preparing comprehensive financial models and marketing materials to support deal execution
  • Executing transactions and working closely with other team members on data and financial analyses, due diligence activities, and the creation of transaction materials
  • Being exposed to every aspect of a deal/transaction cycle, including deal sourcing, evaluation, arrangement, and structuring

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate finance, with excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, or Corporate Finance
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and timelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. A higher degree or relevant qualification is a plus
