As a Sales Planning and Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for the Porsche Asia Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and manage effective operational forecasting and planning processes.

  • Develop and implement monthly operational forecasting and planning processes to ensure balanced demand and supply across 13 markets.
  • Design and manage analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  • Manage and optimize sales-related systems and process to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • A relevant advanced degree or professional certification in a field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Operations Management.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in Demand Planning or Analytics with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Macros & VBA.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem analysis and solving skills.
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
