This role will be responsible for leading new business onboarding and system developments projects, managing multiple high-priority visible projects, and supporting migration tasks and production validation testing for new system functionalities and client changes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead new business onboarding and system developments projects, with a focus on OTC client onboarding, and manage multiple high-priority visible projects.
- Support migration tasks and production validation testing for new system functionalities and client changes.
- Prepare business requirement documentation and analyze proposed system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Oversight, and Clients to make products and services scalable and efficient.
- Challenge the status quo, display initiative, and innovation, and implement chosen productivity initiatives.
- Work closely with other Change teams and BAU to develop standardized offerings, procedures, and operating models.
- Manage capacity and prioritize tasks dynamically.
- Proactively manage risk and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate operational risk and adhere to Citi policies.
- Deliver high-quality service and support to the team.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc trainings for team members.
- Participate in Department strategic planning.
- Assess risk when making business decisions, considering Citi's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in institutions linked to capital markets, with at least 3 years of experience in leading changes through dynamic growth environments.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and SSO operational environments.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and SWIFT.
- Experience in leading projects, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle work pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings with internal and external clients.
- Outstanding analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Team player with strong professional relationships.
- Effective planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure without supervision.
- Ability to solve complex issues across SSO Operations and apply an appropriate risk management response.
- Process improvement capabilities, with the ability to challenge the status quo, think innovatively, and introduce improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
