Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and achieve store targets through effective team-selling strategies and customer engagement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating sales strategies and motivating team members to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Provide feedback to Product In-Charge on business trends and sales performance.
  • Ensure high standards of store appearance, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
  • Process sales transactions, conduct daily closing checks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement merchandising plans, including floor sets and planograms.
  • Maintain a high level of personal integrity, adhere to Loss Prevention practices, and manage work schedules and timekeeping.
Requirements:
  • ITE and above or Certificate in Retail Management or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years retail sales experience in a supervisory role, preferably in Bicycle or FMCG Outdoor/Sports products.
  • Passion for sales and customer service.
  • Proven sales and results-oriented to meet targets.
  • Good sales performance analysis skills and commitment to upholding high service standards.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to junior staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to connect with team members and develop people.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written communication.
  • IT Proficiency (Intermediate level).
Additional Details & Benefits:

This is a full-time position, 44 hours, 5.5 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
