
Lead Paid Ad Campaigns Specialist

As a seasoned digital advertising professional, you will take charge of leading and executing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms. Your expertise in campaign strategy, creative development, and data-driven decision making will drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy
- Create compelling ad creatives, headlines, and calls-to-action that resonate with target audiences
- Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
- Implement and maintain tracking with analytics tools to measure campaign performance
- Regularly analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive improvement
Requirements:
- Able to manage and lead team members, collaborate with other departments, and communicate effectively
- At least 2 years experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing KPIs and industry best practices
- Proficient in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager
- Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for targeting Chinese-speaking markets
