Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our publishing team, you will be responsible for building and developing marketing strategies to enhance awareness of our brand, products, and live services in South Korea.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the growth of the Rockstar business in South Korea.* Work closely with our European and International counterparts to deliver best-in-class campaigns that resonate with South Korean players.* Build and maintain relationships with local partners, including media, first-party agencies, and distributors.* Serve as the primary representative of Rockstar Games in South Korea – advocating for the brand, engaging with partners, and representing the company at industry and consumer-facing events.

Requirements
* Native-level Korean and fluency in English (IELTS qualification or equivalent is a plus).* Degree &/or 5+ years of professional experience in consumer marketing, preferably interactive entertainment.* Expertise in launching &/or managing Western brands/IP in the South Korean domestic market.* Deep knowledge of regional/cultural landscape differences and similarities in gaming communities between South Korea and North America.* Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving impactful results.* Collaborative ethos, working on multiple projects over extended periods, both in-person and remotely.* Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to take initiative and own projects from start to finish.* Able to communicate effectively within a large publishing organization with an action-oriented mindset.* Strong presentation and organizational skills, in order to eloquently convey local insights and inform key decision-makers.* Creative thinker with the skills to analyze marketing challenges and develop effective marketing solutions.* Detail- and results-oriented self-starter with disciplined workflow practices.* Comfortable providing actionable insight from internal data and consumer research.* Demonstrated success thriving in high-pressure, high-expectation roles, delivering exceptional results.* Passion for video games, the landscape, and the industry.
