Knowledge Management Professional

The role of the Head of Knowledge Management is pivotal in driving and delivering benchmarked knowledge management standards and best practices. The incumbent will lead and manage teams to facilitate a strong knowledge culture, review and propose enhancements to systems and processes to curate and create valuable knowledge assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams to drive knowledge management standards and best practices
  • Review and propose enhancements to systems and processes
  • Curate and create valuable knowledge assets with precedent value
  • Establish knowledge repositories and drive knowledge-sharing
  • Oversee the management of key IT infrastructure projects
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovations

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of post-qualification experience and 8 years of relevant experience in knowledge management in a legal capacity
  • 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams, and prior relevant experience in managing legal knowledge processes and systems
  • Law degree from NUS or SMU; or a Scheduled University in England, Australia, New Zealand or the USA and passed the DipSing or the Part A of the Singapore Bar Examinations and be a
