Product Leadership Role

This role is for a seasoned product leader who can drive the development of innovative products that delight users.

We're looking for someone with experience in building consumer-facing products, or a strong affinity with high-growth products that are recognized as category-defining.

The ideal candidate will have a clear vision of what led to successes or failures in their career and be able to use data to make informed decisions in highly ambiguous, fast-moving contexts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finding Customer Needs: Understand customer needs through analytical, data-driven approaches and iterate on ideas quickly.
  • Building User-Centric Products: Expand or add features to Wise's award-winning app, website, and APIs to deliver intuitive and groundbreaking experiences to customers.
  • Making Products Sustainable: Price products in a fair way that allows them to operate at the level of quality users deserve while running sustainably for the years to come.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Build a network inside the company to get insights, ideas, critiques, and help to ship world-class experiences within teams and across departments.
Requirements
  • Consumer-Facing Product Experience: Experience in shipping things that customers love, whether in fintech, digital products, or other industries.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use data to make informed decisions in highly ambiguous, fast-moving contexts.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use data analysis software beyond Excel.
