As a seasoned leader, you will oversee our entire product & design organisation, shaping the future of our multi-product ecosystem. Your mission is to inspire innovation and drive growth for APAC's largest digital wealth manager.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on SVP, Product to lead our team in creating a seamless and synergistic platform experience that delights users and drives deep engagement across our suite of products. You will define the product vision, drive innovation, and look beyond the horizon to identify new opportunities and bring original ideas to life.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Architecting the Ecosystem: Creating a cohesive and engaging user experience across multiple products.
  • Defining the Product Vision: Owning and shaping the multi-year product strategy and roadmap.
  • Driving Innovation: Identifying new opportunities and bringing original ideas to life.
  • Leading and Inspiring: Building and mentoring a high-performing team of product managers and designers.

What We Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a senior leadership role.
  • Direct experience within B2C fintech industry, preferably in wealth/investment tech.
  • Experience reporting to and partnering directly with leadership teams.
  • Been part of a successful growth journey of a fintech (Series C and beyond).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
