Product Leadership Role

Job Description:

A product leader is responsible for guiding the development of products that meet user needs while driving business growth. This involves assessing and comprehending user requirements, conducting market analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing product features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and identify opportunities for product development.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new products.
  • Prioritize product features based on stakeholder input, market data, and strategic goals.
  • Analyze competitor activity and data to guide product development decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product execution and management throughout its lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of work experience in product management.
  • Good technical product handling experience along with experience in software development.
