Chief Chemical Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our chemical procurement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of raw materials and developing strategic procurement strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of chemicals and fertilizers worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
- Develop and implement global and regional procurement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead the selection, management, and establishment of strong partnerships with external counterparties and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure cost, quality, delivery, reliability, and technical performance while achieving both tactical and strategic goals.
- A graduate degree in Engineering or Business Management from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in commodities trading or direct procurement.
- Strong commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to frame up mid-to-long-term business development projects.
- Proven management experience in managing small teams.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of people.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
