Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for data centre facilities.

Your primary focus will be on performing engineering tasks related to the design of mechanical systems, including preparing mechanical engineering calculations and deliverables in support of mechanical system designs.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with other disciplines in the preparation and development of deliverables, ensuring that their inputs are incorporated into the design process.

In addition, you will provide specialized technical input to studies and all relevant technical documentation, while maintaining a strong understanding of all stages of Engineering Design and Construction for Mechanical systems from Preliminary Design to Commissioning and Handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar experience and qualification)
  • At least 10 years working in mechanical engineering, minimum 5 years of Data Centre experience
  • Professional registration preferred
  • Experience of working with international companies
  • LEED / BREEAM
  • Experience dealing with multi-discipline design teams proficient in BIM360/ACC, Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk, Microsoft Suite (including Power BI)
