Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team. As a member of our research team, you will be responsible for designing and executing research on critical industrial challenges related to GenAI innovation. You will work closely with product teams to understand key privacy requirements and provide technical consulting on privacy-related features. Additionally, you will work with engineering teams to apply technical achievements from your research to product prototyping.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong publication record or contributions to open-source projects in the area of GenAI.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of research or production experience in pretraining, fine-tuning, and post-training techniques.
- Experience in reinforcement learning for tuning language models and efficient training and inference techniques.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy-preserving LLMs, and LLM alignment.
