They are dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance our investment strategies and customer interactions. We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives.

Role Overview

As the Head of GenAI Innovation, you will design and implement innovative AI solutions tailored to the investment management sector. Your primary focus will be on streamlining operations, enhancing customer interactions, and ensuring timely responses through advanced GenAI applications. You will also play a critical role in building a robust data platform to enable ongoing GenAI innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Innovative Solutions: Create AI-driven solutions that adapt to the unique needs of the investment management business.
  • Streamline Operations: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement GenAI tools to optimize operational processes.
  • Enhance Customer Interaction: Develop strategies to leverage GenAI for improving client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Data Platform Development: Collaborate with IT and data teams to build a data platform that supports GenAI initiatives and innovations.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists and AI specialists to drive GenAI projects from conception to execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in AI and GenAI innovation that has significantly impacted organizational performance.
  • Consulting Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, with a strong understanding of strategic implementation.
  • Investment Management Background: A minimum of 2 years in investment management, asset management, hedge funds, or mutual funds environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI methodologies, data analytics, machine learning, and GenAI technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
