Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute research on critical industrial challenges of GenAI innovation.
  • Work with product teams to understand key privacy requirements and provide technical consulting on privacy-related features.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to apply technical achievements from our research to product prototyping.
  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and verbal presentations.
  • Represent our organization externally, promoting our work and values within the technical and academic community.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Research experience in GenAI with a strong publication record or contributions to open-source projects.
  • Preferred qualifications include 2 years of research or production experience in pretraining, fine-tuning, post-training, responsible AI, privacy-preserving LLMs, LLM alignment, reinforcement learning for tuning language models, and efficient training and inference techniques.
