  • Assist the Program Manager in overseeing onboarding processes for new clients.
  • Validate customer specifications and prepare proposals for approval.
  • Manage quotations, planning, and execution of projects.
  • Establish Bill of Materials (BOM), electronic Standard Operating Procedures (eSOP), and product codes.
  • Define specifications, drawings, and cleanliness requirements for medical devices.
  • Organize pre- and post-bioburden testing.
  • Detail materials' requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee packaging and labeling materials and methods for medical devices.
  • Coordinate with sterilization vendors regarding chamber bookings and sterilization methods.
  • Implement validation types, protocols, and testing requirements.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing for material sourcing.
  • Work with Production and Process Engineering to configure processes.
  • Ensure necessary ISO documentation is established in collaboration with Quality and Process Engineering.

Reporting and Customer Relations: Provide regular updates and reports on supported accounts. Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. Conduct analyses on existing account opportunities and potential risks.
