Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Application Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for healthcare and technology.
This role involves providing training, support, and technical expertise to customers and sales teams in the application of our medical imaging solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography, excellent communication skills, and experience in product demonstrations, customer support, and troubleshooting.
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, maintaining equipment functionality, and ensuring optimal product use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for junior specialists
- Provide ongoing customer support and ensure optimal product use
- Troubleshoot application issues and deliver solutions or additional training as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Radiography (Qualified Radiographer)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
