Senior Design Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil and structural analysis and design solutions that meet project specifications.

This includes coordinating and liaising with clients, authorities, and other consultants and contractors on projects, ensuring good project documentation and submission to authorities and clients, attending project meetings, and performing inspections on designed works.

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers in performing engineering tasks, as well as report to the principal engineer or management.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess at least a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil/structural) or equivalent, recognized by the Professional Engineering Board of Singapore, and have a minimum of 4 years of working experience in the related field.

A good working attitude, self-motivation, positive thinking, independence, discipline, attention to details, and ownership of tasks are essential qualities.

Familiarity with local design standards and code is also necessary, and knowledge of design software such as STAAD Pro, Plaxis, and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
