Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Service Reports and verify all findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Contact customers to verify their satisfaction with our work and address any concerns or open items.
  • Update and enrich asset and customer data during Service Reviews.
  • Assign sales cases to colleagues as applicable and respond to customer inquiries on repairs, spare parts, and other services.
  • Maintain daily activities in customer relationship management tools by tracking calls, emails, and interactions with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or related field.
  • 2-3 years of business development or sales experience.
  • Experience working with Siebel CRM or similar tools.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
