**Our client is a global and established Multinational Company, who is seeking to recruit a Sales Performance Manager. This position is based in Singapore.

**Sales Performance Manager**

**Overall Role Purpose**:
The Sales Program and Performance Manager will manage effectively the sales program and sales performance function for all sales channels within the country office. The role holder will implement and manage all Sales programs at a country level while ensuring adherence to Regional and Global standardisation and reporting requirements. The role holder will also manage SG driven Integrated Demand Generation (IDG) Programs / Campaigns for both internal Sales and external Customers together with the Commercial team.

**Your Tasks**

**Customer - Internal**
- Provide effective consultancy and advisory support to all Sales Managers and Commercial Management team to analyse, plan and implement necessary sales reports and campaigns.
- Keep Regional and Local Management up to date on relevant Regional Sales campaign development within the country.
- Perform other duties as requested.

**Stakeholder - Internal**
- Provide effective consultancy and advisory support to all Sales Managers and Commercial Management team to analyse, plan and implement necessary sales reports and campaigns.

- Perform other duties as requested.
- Support all Sales segments of the business i.e. Direct Sales and Relationship, Multi-national customers, Global Customers Solutions, etc.
- Coordination with Research & Planning Manager and Sales Training Manager.
- Senior Management of Commercial including Director, Commercial Planning & Research.
- Regional and Global Sales.

**Standardisation - Report Technologies, Policies, Measures**
- Standardise the Regional and Global Reporting requirements.
- Undertakes projects relating to report generation & design, revenue and customer databases.
- Lead the customer allocation, sales force sizing and target setting exercise to ensure optimum resources is given to the right channel while adhering to global sales process.
- Support the commercial team to streamline processes for the purpose of reducing non-selling hours, increasing ease of customer integration and drive overall commercial productivity.

**Implementation of Commercial Reporting Enhancement**
- Develop, lead and deploy a centralized sales planning, support and reporting structure to gain economies of scale, consistency and productivity.
- Responsible for all Sales business reviews on country level, e.g. Country Commercial Review, as well as support for Country Business Reviews, etc.
- Ensure monthly reporting requirements are adhered to for both Country and Region.

**Revenue Generation & Compliance**
- Develop and manage all Sales campaigns.
- To assist in Commercial/Sales Audits.

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 4 years experience of business reporting at a mid-/senior level.
- Minimum 2 years experience in creating campaigns.
- Proof of business planning experience.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in dealing with Sales Management at senior levels and successfully facilitation of change. implementations.
- Extensive knowledge in reporting platforms is a must.
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge is a must (Excel including VBA programming, Access, PowerPoint).
- IT programming skills is a plus.
- Degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
