Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enterprising individual to provide comprehensive financial support across multiple business groups and functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the finance partner to drive performance and efficiency in plant and outsourced manufacturing operations located in Singapore, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
  • Support annual operating plan, monthly forecasting, and profit and loss reviews for both internal plant and outsourced manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor key financial performance metrics, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.
  • Perform unit cost updates and communicate with stakeholders and purchasing subsidiaries.
  • Conduct return-on-investment analysis for new projects and provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with global financial standards and assist with audit inquiries.
  • Standardize financial and operational reporting across the region to drive productivity improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting with 5–7 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Background in business finance and/or manufacturing finance is preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across countries.
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and ideally Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure.
