Key Responsibilities
  • Capital Strategy & Fundraising:

    • Liaise with investors, negotiate deal terms, and ensure timely completion of fundraising efforts.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Design and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.
  • Grant Management:
    • Manage interactions with government agencies and secure grants to support business development.
    • Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to local regulations and financial reporting standards.
    • Maintain accurate and transparent financial records.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Supervise the accounting and financial operations of our Singapore office.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of financial processes and implement improvements as needed.
  • Advisory Services:
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth, product development, and market expansion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
