Job Title: Strategic Finance Partner

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Partner to join our team. This role is crucial in providing financial leadership, shaping strategic decisions, and ensuring the alignment of financial objectives with business goals, all within a high-impact and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Provide financial guidance and support to the management team, aiding in strategic planning, resource allocation, and portfolio management.
  • Financial Processes: Develop and oversee financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and local management reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group standards.
  • Market Budgets and Plans: Lead the preparation of market budgets and Long-Range Plans, ensuring adherence to reporting requirements.
  • Data Integration: Ensure the accurate integration of forecast and actual data into financial reporting systems and management reports, maintaining alignment with reporting standards.
  • Commercial Insights: Deliver valuable financial and commercial insights to drive business growth, including detailed analysis of profit and loss statements, key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and implement enhancements to planning and reporting processes to boost efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports, analyses, and presentations for the management team.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role within commercial organizations, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare industries.
  • Proven track record in managing financial operations, budgeting, and financial controls.
  • Results-driven with demonstrated experience as a trusted business partner to senior management.
  • Good stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skill.
