Chinese Speaking Guest Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Host to provide exceptional service to our guests. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in spoken Chinese and has a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Possess minimum G.C.E. 'O' levels
- Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred
- Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations
- Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in spoken Chinese (required to speak to Chinese guests)
- You should have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its practices
- Familiarity with hotel operations and front office procedures would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with guests and colleagues
