Project Lead

The key to success in this role is a deep understanding of system integration and the ability to execute complex projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage factory testing and commissioning to meet project schedules.
  • Coordinate hardware and software implementation, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks throughout project execution.
  • Implement application program changes, manage hardware deployments, and maintain documentation.
  • Interface with SCADA and PLC programming for seamless integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least a degree in Electrical/Electronic or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PLC/SCADA.
  • Familiarity with safety PLC programming.
  • Proficiency in Siemens and Schneider PLCs.
  • Able to read and interpret electrical schematics, plans, and drawings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
